Will contributors be able to use Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover?
Yes.  Bru/Mar Domains sets-up your credit card merchant account.  This allows you to accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Will contributors be able to pay by check online?
Yes.  Bru/Mar Domains sets-up your account so a direct deposit can be made directly to your account from a contributor's checking account.  This allows the contributor to avoid postal hassles and gets you your donation while the contributor is still charged up with the message from your site. No procrastinating or forgetting to mail the check.

How secure are the online contributions?
Totally secure.  We used encrypted servers to protect your contributors credit card information.  Only the credit card processing company sees the credit card numbers.

Do I need a website?
Yes, you do.  Bru/Maar Domains can design your website or we will provide a link from your existing site.   

Is the donation page customized to my website?
Totally.  We will match the donation page to look like your current website.

How do I keep track of who donated to the campaign?
You have access to a password protected page that is accessible 24 hour a day.  This allows you to see who has donated to your campaign and reconcile those donations with your campaign accounts.  Information is downloadable as well.

What is the total cost of the service?
The initial $500 fee covers the cost of securing a credit card/bank merchant account.  After that, there is a $45.00 per month fee, a 2.44% Discount Rate and $0.32 Transaction Fee per credit card charge.  These rates are some of the lowest in the industry.  The prices are even lower if you already have a credit card merchant account.
